Broadridge is hiring! We currently have a full time / direct hire Associate Quality Assurance Analyst role based out of our Piscataway, NJ location.
You will be involved in change management and documentation under the mentorship of the Quality Assurance Manager with our ShadowSuite products.

You will prepare and implement test strategies and test plans
You will also validate that software performs to established guidelines
Write, review and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation
Participate in the review of standards, procedures, tools and processes
Assist team leads and Quality Assurance Manager in solving QA issues
Work collectively with other Analysts and Software Developers to seek defects
Responsible for branching of various releases on Microsoft TFS server
Perform analysis of test data
Conduct performance tests on ShadowSuite products
You also may assist in disaster recovery testing and deployment testing
You have 1+ years of experience in Software development experience with knowledge/emphasis in quality assurance methodologies and testing
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information technology, Business Management or related field or acceptable equivalent experience
You have familiarity with object oriented languages such as C# and Java
Demonstrable ability to collaborate with colleagues while maintaining integrity
Previous brokerage industry experience highly desired #LI-AS1
