Broadridge is hiring a Sr level Business Analyst who specializes in experience on the functional side of business. We work with mapping done on the data dictionary between BR domains and client domain like client onboarding, trading, transactions, positions, balances, margin, security master. You will directly contribute to building business requirements, the oversight of development, coordination communication on UAT and SIT testing, and the ultimate deployment and adoption of resulting new systems and improved functionality. Responsibilities include:

As the Lead BA/SME, you'll be working directly with a large client to successfully define, develop, and deploy new products and functionality and ultimately convert to the BR platform. First-hand expertise in Account Onboarding will come in handy when writing clear and concise user stories and Functional Requirements Documentation. Another responsibility will also be to perform gap analysis to determine current/future state and process flows. Upon completion of requirements responsibilities, testing of various deliverables will be a must. This may include writing test cases, executing test cases, logging defects and working with Development to fix defects.

As in most large projects, teamwork is a priority! Communication internally will be with the tech leads and development teams on improvements for the product. The team will also support the client and other workstreams during integration testing and User Acceptance Testing. This includes handling issues/customer concerns and are empowered to make informed decisions for your respective stream responsibilities, ensuring we stay on target and ‘green’ for the all deliverables leading to the end date of the conversion and beyond.

  • 5-10+ years' experience in Product Management and Account Onboarding. Experience in Wealth Management is preferred but not required.

  • Experience executing a major technology project – including but not limited to improvements to functions, building new functionality or applications, managing feature lists and ensuring project is delivered on time and in scope.

  • Experience writing detailed user stories and requirements documentation

  • Experience eliciting sophisticated requirements from a client verbally in meetings

  • Knowledge of Agile and waterfall project methodology

  • Comfortable with completing QA-related responsibilities

  • Self-starter; comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Highly detail oriented and organizational skills a must.

  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

  • Must be assertive with client to prevent scope creep

  • Experience using JIRA
