This Senior Director role in the Wealth Business Development & Client Solutions team within the Wealth Management business segment, is for an experienced solutions leader with drive, energy and relationship skills, that can interface with our wealth vendor partners in North America and our wealth business units, to improve the value generated for Broadridge and the partner(s).

The Wealth Management business segment is in a growth phase and positioning itself to double the size of its business over the next 3-5 years, with the wealth business development and client solutions team playing a key role in this transformation.

The person in this role must be able to,

  • Collaborate with multiple business and shared services teams to drive partnership development

  • Drive engagement through client facing teams to meet and exceed partner sales and pipeline goals

  • Establish solid working relationship and lines of communication with partner(s) and provide the required support to fulfill the terms of the partnership

  • Drive internal teams including product management and business to ensure integration plans are funded and executed

  • Measure, control and help optimize all Wealth business related partner relationships


  • Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the following,

  • Broadridge’s Wealth Management solutions; including the new Wealth platform, and its interfaces with vendor partners including consulting firms

  • Wealth partnership ecosystem, including areas where we desire partner solutions

  • Broadridge’s current partners, partner program, governance process

  • Assist in scouting the market for new partner candidates that could fill solution needs and expand current wealth management offering

  • Collaborate with the partnership channel team, partnership governance team, product management, and the business to ensure partners are identified, reviewed, approved and contracted

  • Drive engagement through Sales, Account Management and Professional Services teams to meet sales and pipeline targets defined in partnership contracts

  • Collaborate with partnership channel team to create appropriate sales incentives (SPIFs) related to successful partner engagement

  • Establish communication lines with partner’s organization to,

  • understand their offering(s)

  • ensure business, product management, sales, account mgmt etc. are aware and educated about the partner’s offerings

  • conduct account planning, pipeline reviews, periodic reports, and internal status reporting

  • Provide the data required and assist partner channel and governance teams to conduct quarterly partner reviews (QPR) of partner performance and recommend program and relationship changes as required

  • Recommend termination of relationships based on appropriate control measures

  • Collaborate with partnership channel and governance teams to build repeatable tools and processes related to partner engagement and success

  • Drive product, technology, professional services, and business teams to expand capability of our integration channels to expand our partnerships

  • Collaborate with partnership channel team, marketing, sales, sales learning and account management teams to ensure that,

  • partners are appropriately represented on Broadridge collateral and vice-versa

  • value propositions and messaging for the partner+Broadridge solution are created and kept updated

  • the partnership has sales & marketing collateral including sales decks, website content, case studies, marketing videos etc.

  • partner’s solutions are included appropriately in the overall Wealth demo environment

  • scripts, videos, FAQs and ongoing sales enablement sessions are available for client facing teams to sell partner’s products and services

  • Assist business and product teams in identifying additional bundling opportunities across other solutions related to Broadridge’s Wealth offering

  • Collaborate with the Broadridge strategic pricing, business and partnership channel teams to ensure Broadridge and partner have rate cards for services for cross-sell opportunities

  • Create/Update sales questionnaires to collect, categorize and provide key pricing drivers/metrics to Finance (pricing) for the creation of business cases (P/L) for new sales opportunities that includes partner solutions

  • Support the RFP/RFI teams by providing and/or gathering partner’s responses to RFx questions

  • Represent the Wealth partners internally at meetings with business unit leaders to discuss pipeline, plans, campaigns, closed sales, sales reports and collaborate in the process of sales forecasting and reporting


  • 10 years of experience in the North American financial services industry; preferably in wealth management, product/solution sales, solution design/architecture, product management

  • 5 years of experience managing partners/alliances, and/or partner sales engagement

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills including leading independent client facing presentations (in-person/remote)

  • Collaboration skills including working in complex matrix organizations

  • Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects

  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio skills
