Broadridge Financial Solutions Project Manager in Newark, New Jersey

Broadridge is growing. We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our global team in Newark. In this role, you will be responsible for key internal and external Managed Services initiatives as the formal Project Manager. You will work in a matrix reporting environment working with BAs, PMs, system architects, application and development leads, testing groups and stakeholders/sponsors across corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain governance framework for Managed Services projects that ensures a consistent approach to project planning, roles and responsibilities, methodologies and phases, partner reporting, risk management, testing, release processes and change control.

  • Collaborate with other project stream leads and PMs to develop and implement the project plan, governance structure and risk management reporting

  • Maintain and monitor the project/program by keeping and reporting on statuses, delivery dates, risks and issues to senior management -- maintain necessary senior management documentation

  • Become familiar with project details at the appropriate level in order to endorse attestations and support escalation related to risks, issues and/or slippage. Develop and present mitigation options.

  • Ensure standard methodologies are followed related to each project.

  • Be accountable to senior management for on time, quality project delivery. Document lessons learned and ensure focus on repeatable project success.

  • Partner with other leads across the organization to apply added project process controls to large, strategic initiatives and deliver projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience

  • Brokerage Operations knowledge preferred

  • Project Management Framework and Lifecycle knowledge

  • Partner Management

  • Proven organization and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge for Microsoft Project

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Vision

  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects at a time
