Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst, Product Management to join our team in Newark, NJ. In this role, your primary objective is to lead all aspects of delivering detailed functional requirements for various types of development projects, while ensuring all details are communicated and approved by key internal and external partners. You will ensure Broadridge BA COE best practices are followed and executed for optimal results.


  • You will lead the Identification, analysis, and thorough documentation the current- and future-state business processes that require improvements

  • You will design and develop requirements for waterfall or agile projects, where assigned responsibilities include writing basic functional specifications by a set deadlines, participating in daily scrum sessions and writing story cards, or gathering and composing other on-demand documentation with short turnaround time

  • You will develop, improve and oversee the review and validation of written specifications with the subject matter experts, development team members, and other partners to ensure on-time completion with all necessary sign-offs

  • You will provide status reports to management on an ongoing basis, stating progress and any issues that impede it

  • You will craft - implement solutions to address any issues


  • 5-7+ years financial/brokerage services experience as a Business Analyst

  • B.A/B.S degree required

  • Product Management Business Analysis experience in brokerage or IT environment necessary

  • A resourceful self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with numerous internal and external partners

  • Excellent business and technical writing skills are a requirement

  • Wealth Front Office and/or Capital Markets Knowledge and Experience

  • Familiarity with Broadridge BPS, Aspire, or Ascendis platforms highly preferred

  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordingly

  • Familiarity with Jama software is preferred
