We’re seeking a Director of Risk and Control to help drive process improvement and advancement of risk assessment and second line of defense processes.


  • Responsible for managing the enterprise risk framework for GTO Risk this will include making process improvements and metric reporting.

  • Define clear accountabilities and handoffs between functional groups to ensure operational effectiveness of controls

  • You’ll focus on optimizing, reengineering, and creating processes and tools that will enable and track all required components for successful completion of risk assessments.

  • Maintain a cross segment risk assessment process that follows the Enterprise standards

  • Create and assist with the automation around effective metrics.

  • Work closely GTO management teams and functional managers to ensure tools are created in usable format, including automation.

  • You will work with development team, finance team, service delivery, product team and executive management.


  • 5 years of experience in Risk management

  • You should have process engineering experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Strategic business focus and understanding; customer-focused perspective

  • Long-term focus and ability to make difficult complex strategic decisions

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to create an open work environment

  • High level understanding of technical concepts as related to the industry and products/services of the company

  • Ability to instill trust, motivate, and work with other people, ability to lead a team

  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
