As the Sr. Director-Professional Services for our Investor Communications Solutions (ICS) business, you will plan, monitor and manage client-facing projects from initiation through completion. You will supervise our professional services and consulting program in the areas of business operations, strategy, and organizational performance. And you'll develop consulting business and provide expertise in areas such as strategic development, organizational change, and process improvement and effectiveness for clients to be viewed by customers as a consultant. You will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, trouble shooting and people management.

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Ensures personal and team utilization are maintained at established performance targets. Plans, monitors and manages client facing projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, trouble shooting and people management.

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Ensures personal and team utilization are maintained at established performance targets.

  • Manage contracts, project time lines, and deliverables. Ensure quality of work performed. May recruit and train consultants.

  • Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a client's internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the CLIENT of the topic. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet CLIENT requirements.

  • Experience in delivering consulting engagements as the team lead

  • Strong Business Analyst & Project Management skills

  • Experience in writing proposals and being part of the sales process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Relationship builder

  • FinTech industry experience preferred
