Global Website Strategy Manager (Hybrid - Flexible Options) in New York, New York

We are seeking a collaborative and savvy Website Strategy Manager to join our Global Brand & Digital Marketing team, whose mission is to unify our brand strategy with creative design and digital channels in order to drive the goals of our clients, prospects, business, and brand. You will be a critical part of the team that helps rebuild the airplane as we fly it, optimizing experiences big and small, short- and long-term. Youll help us integrate with the complete marketing picture by crafting the experience at the heart of most client and prospect journeys, throughout the funnel and across channels.

You should be both a self-starter and a collaborator, as each digital channel needs to thrive on its own and in concert with each other. You should be comfortable diving into Martech stacks, analytics and reporting platforms, and front-end experiences. SEO should be at least a familiar second language. Landing page customization and optimization should be your jam. Taxonomy and information architecture should be phrases and disciplines that excite you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy that drives our evolving web experience, informed by myriad inputs, including analytics, evolving brand and product architecture, the competitive landscape, and leading practices of top-tier B2B customer experience

  • Partner with Web Ops to use current capabilities and processes to their fullest and help prioritize and roadmap future capabilities

  • Partner with our in-house Creative Design team and external agencies to create new, and refine existing, experiences designed to meet performance goals and delight users along the way

  • Go deep with our analytics and data teams to understand how data is collected and used, and to define and socialize the impacts of tactics and experiments

  • Plan the long-term taxonomy and information architecture, in partnership with many partners and stakeholders

  • Develop and socialize thought leadership on web experience to our segment marketing partners

  • Build a cohesive omni-channel user experience that consistently represents the Broadridge brand across multiple web experiences and digital marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelors degree

  • 4-7 years experience in digital marketing and website experience management

  • Proven aptitude for improving website user experiences using data to inform decisions

  • Experience driving SEO results

  • Experience redesigning (or optimizing) a complex website

  • Experience evolving site architecture and taxonomy (ideally with organizational buy-in)

  • Strong understanding of marketing, content, and analytics technology and how they work together to serve users and the business

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing leaders on learnings and recommendations

  • A critical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems

  • Demonstrated success partnering with web ops, analytics, design, content, and CRM to drive marketing success

  • A desire to make a huge impact on an already successful brand with great people and products

Salary range $85,700- $ 120,000k. Bonus Eligible.
