Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a full-time, Associate Creative Director/Design to join our Global Brand & Digital Marketing team, whose mission is to align our creative and design with our brand strategy and digital channels in order to strengthen our brand and power its role in driving our business goals.

You will be a critical part of the team that helps guide the next stage of our brand evolution crystallizing, simplifying, and optimizing a trusted and industry leading brand that sits at the center of the global financial system. You will help establish foundational brand design principles and guidelines, while collaborating on the design of the brands activation across channels and campaigns globally.

You should get wildly excited about brand and design principles, design systems, and brand guidelines and the very practical, real-world use of them. And since youll be working with cross functional team our creative director, digital channel managers, segment marketing teams, regional marketing leads, sales and sales ops, and several agencies youll need to balance your collaboration, leadership, and creative skills thoughtfully.

Work-Mode: This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. We travel occasionally to collaborate in person or attend company or industry events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative director to create concepts for branding and campaigns

  • Collaborate, lead, and evolve Broadridges global brand design system, including design principles, brand assets, templates, and guidelines across our channels; collaborate with segment marketing, sales, and product teams on campaigns

  • Help develop updates to the Broadridge brand, across our visual design system, aligning with brand strategy, voice, and messaging for each of our marketing channels (digital, events, print, editorial content, environmental, swag)

  • Roll out these updates across the entire 15k+ associate organization, applying world-class change management to ensure teams, understand, can apply, and are excited about them

  • Brief and lead teams on brand design principles and creative concepts, lead design for landing pages, socials, advertising, events, campaigns, collateral, and presentations

  • Collaborate with the internal brand strategy and digital channel teams to workshop ongoing work, tuning it to support brand strategy and ensuring brand standards are met

  • Collaborate with segment marketing teams, and regional marketing teams across the globe, to help visualize and design marketing efforts to harmonize with the enterprise brand, developing a strong efficiency and performance mindset to our creative and campaigns

  • Work with the Events team to develop the creative, design, and execution across all corporate and business events

  • Review and manage creative and design from both in-house teams and external agencies

Qualifications:

  • Design degree and exemplary portfolio, proficiency with marketing creative

  • 7+ years experience, previously a mature Design Director in corporation or agency

  • Figma/AfterEffectsmust be highly proficient, certification preferred or established proficiency through a portfolio

  • Strong, proven creative abilities, can develop concepts collaboratively and independently

  • Experience collaborating with creative directors, brand strategists, and marketing partners, comfortable working in a high-energy, fast pace and collaborative environment where you need to build relationships of trust

  • Experience managing design workflow across multiple stakeholders and contributors, evolving a complex brand across industries and global regions, with demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing teams across a complex organization

  • Experience providing creative direction, supervising design, leading projects, and explaining your thinking

  • Ability to conduct regular reviews and critiques to guarantee the consistent improvement of the team's work, maintaining high standards of quality in all design deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and creative briefs

  • Ability to multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong English-speaking skills, proficiency with English grammar/spelling

  • A desire to make a huge impact on an already successful brand with great products and people

    Salary Range: 140,000.00 150,000.00 USD annual
