Broadridge Financial Solutions Client Support Representative (Remote) in Madison, Wisconsin

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team!

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.


  • Maintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retention

  • Host product and application webinars

  • Create video training tutorials related to products and applications

  • Educate clients on product and program enhancements

  • Help clients create & maintain websites

  • Maintain site updates/improvement suggestions

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and management

  • Create Corporate Client reports as needed

  • Maintain and track communication with clients

  • Support Helpdesk and Onboarding teams as needed

  • Support Client Services Manager as needed

  • Complete additional projects as assigned

  • Ability to work 10 am CT - 7 pm CT shift


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • At least three years of customer service experience

  • Familiarity with websites, website hosting, html, css, JavaScript and other web languages preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Socially confident, comfortable speaking in public (small to large groups) and enjoy talking to others

  • Must have reliable internet connection


  • Functional/technical skills such as: Microsoft office suite, html, wisiwig web editors, ticketing systems & email/chat platforms.

  • Familiarity with website marketing solutions, analytics, and optimization.

  • Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills with precise attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines #LI-PS1

    Salary range is between $18 - $19 / Hour ( Broadridge considers a candidates relevant experience and educational background when determining final salary)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
