Broadridge is growing and we are looking for seasoned technology leader to manage an exciting role in our Investor Communication Solution Business. We are looking for a Director of Service Delivery (Site Reliability Engineer) who will be responsible for our client facing services and ensure operational excellence and business continuity across our growing suite of products in our Global Proxy line of Business.

In this position, you will be part of our application development organization tightly aligned with development, infrastructure, business, and various other partners to support and deliver solution services to our clients. Responsible of leading a significant program of work and ongoing service to both external and internal clients in a fast paced, multi-client, multi-product, financial services environment with both insourced and outsourced IT services and delivering results for the company, while improving the ease of doing business with automation for the organisation's internal and external clients by improving the application delivery and IT infrastructure processes.

This role involves essential communication and coordinates directly with clients and executive leadership from Development, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, Corporate Strategy, and various other departments to ensure the quality of services provided meet customer needs or exceeds established industry standards while driving for increase operational efficiencies.

  • Ability to stay on top of current and new industry trends, technologies, best practices in various platform like Cloud Platform (AWS, IBM, Azure etc.), Docker Micro Service Containers as it relates to SD/SRE and share this information with others

  • Solid experience with Enterprise Portfolio/Resource Management (Resource Planning and P&L Ownership).

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s Degree strongly preferred

  • Extensive experience of service delivery support of Tier 1 Financial Application Infrastructure (AWS, IBM Cloud, Docker Container, and 3 tier architecture)

  • Experience in a leadership role including experience driving a team while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives.

  • Experience with automation preferably Site Reliability Engineering with DevOps

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a multi-functional, matrix management environment.

  • Domestic travel required 25% of the time. International travel required as well.
