In this role, you will craft statements, marketing material, websites, and presentation material in a well-organized and graphically appealing way. You ensure designated messages are presented cleanly, concisely, and in an interesting way, while adhering to the requirements of programming, laser and offset printing, and the total manufacturing facility.


  • Support Design projects from conception to execution

  • Craft design changes for client specific items (e.g., base stock, envelopes, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Project Management, Content Analysis, IT, and peers on cross media solutions for client campaigns

  • Responsible for understanding business requirements and making appropriate recommendations for executing within our production and product applications

  • Exhibit critical thinking and analytical problem solving both in troubleshooting production issues as well as in proactively researching, testing, and implementing new product functionality within the campaign tool

  • Provide production support for peers and internal partners as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience required.

  • Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite, Java Script, and Variable Data Document Design Pitstop, Distiller, Microsoft Office, and familiar with prepress processes.

  • Understanding of digital print processes, direct mail/postal requirements and fulfillment processes

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with various personality types to get the work done. Ability to relate well and show respect and consideration for others.

  • Thorough attention to details and a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative.
