Broadridge is growing and we are excited to be expanding our Quality Audit Team. We are actively seeking a Quality Audit Inspector for our Deer Park facility. In this role, you will perform varying degrees of verification across several departments. The sensitivity of product and risk associated with these processes vary, but for the most part you will deal with confidential information requiring it to remain secure. You will also be responsible and accountable for the quality, accuracy, and security of confidential account information.

  • You will ensure 100% accuracy is maintained on all quality control or audit processes conducted.

  • You will perform inventory maintenance including receipt validation, ordering, and reconciliation of proprietary negotiable document stock, and distributing these materials on a job level request.

  • You will oversee maintenance of several area drop off and stock movement logs, and performance records for productivity & incident tracking.

  • You will reconcile all mutilation processing, including 1:1 validation between original “mute” and re-processed piece(s).

  • You will email management including distribution of key information to multiple teams.

  • You will be responsible for other report reconciliations ensuring accuracy and that status updates are as expected.

  • You will perform quality control on sensitive documents (paper and digital formats) prior to shipment, and labelling and shipping these documents directly to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required.

  • 1-2 years' experience in audit or quality control.

  • Proofreading abilities and a sharp focus on quality and execution.

  • Strong communication, analytical skills and organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask, and recognize the importance of deadlines.

  • Experience and success with teamwork and organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with various personality types to get the work done.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Access).

  • Flexibility for overtime as needed, which may include weekends and holidays.
