Broadridge Financial Solutions Workday HRIS Analyst (Hybrid) in Edgewood, New York

Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst. The Workday HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the system maintenance, day-to-day support, and enhancement of HRIS systems. Design and maintain system structure to ensure data integrity for HR systems including, but not limited to, Workday Recruiting and Onboarding as well as Workday Performance Management. Document system processes and procedures and assist in the training of end-users across the organization. Manage projects, by organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various HR initiatives and efforts.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize recruiting and performance management processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Implement new features and enhancements to improve the candidate experience and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement integrations with other HR systems and tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recruiting functionalities.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting technology and implement new features to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Document system processes and procedures and assist in the training of end-users across the organization.

  • Collaborate and partner with HR Operations, Payroll and other stakeholders as needed (especially the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams.)

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies.

  • Keep up to date with system upgrades and notify appropriate users accordingly. Attend training on new HRIS products and services as needed.

  • Manage projects by organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various HR initiatives and efforts.

  • Configure data workflow including access permissions, work groups, approval paths, business rules, and activity configuration.

  • Provide instruction and guidance to administrators and staff on the use and functions of HRIS and other technologies.

  • Work closely with clients to design/implement new functionality, including requirements gathering, specification development, testing, and implementation. Create test scripts and conduct unit and user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met and there are no adverse effects on the system or data.

  • Maintains system integrity by conducting routine audits of assigned modules/systems.

  • May acts as HRIS Security Administrator including managing user system access and maintenance of system tables. Ensure all access is appropriate per country, state, and local legislations based on privacy laws and Broadridge policies.

  • May develop and maintain HR dashboards and various analytics, as well as complete standard report and audit requests.

  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

    Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on configuration of Workday (Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance Management, and HCM). Other Workday Modules a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Knowledge of relevant country, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and PII regulations.

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills required.

  • This job involves a hybrid location role, requiring the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
