An Endpoint Support Engineer is responsible for support of our endpoint devices within their facility. In this role, an Endpoint Support Engineer has a good understanding of user and business needs. Can resolve endpoint issues and implement/support approved technical solutions. Possesses solid troubleshooting knowledge for IT-related problems and provides input and recommendations on endpoint hardware and software technologies.

Jo b Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of Endpoint Support experience

Ability to provide basic service and support to CXO level associates

Participation in office integrations for acquisitions

Understand s and has knowledge in support ing or HP Secure Print Environment

Ex ecutes on endpoint related projects for the user base at their site

Training of new associates and contingent workers to ensure they understand and comply with Broadridge standards

Ability to a nalyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting

Works alongside and implements vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities

Explains need to refer potential exceptions upward for review and approval

Proficient in Administration of supported users in Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, Azure and various other management consoles

Strong understanding of WebEx cloud solutions administration and provisioning (WebEx, Jabber, WebEx meeting analytics)

Comprehends & can identify BR internal software that is widely used in the organization's endpoints

Proficient in all standard BR procedures and methods utilized in the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC/Workstation & Mobiles

Telecom Provisioning & Basic troubleshooting skills (Voicemail, PME provisioning and support)

Ability to lift PC equipment (ex : Desktops , Monitors, Servers)

Participation in on call rotation during non-business hours
