Client Relations Administrator - Contract (Remote) in Edgewood, New York

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a remote, contract Client Relations Administrator to join our team based in Deer Park, NY. In this role, you will use your strong writing skills to communicate with a large volume of clients primarily by email. You will also develop detailed project plans to track and monitor progress.

This is a temporary, contract role expected to last through mid-July 2023. The work hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks at hand and raise issues as appropriate in a timely manner

  • Develop an effective working relationship with members of the team as well as internal departments, value and use diverse perspectives

  • Support and contribute to Broadridges client centric culture taking responsibility for client satisfaction and retention

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with proficiency

  • Participate on assigned projects and special tasks as assigned by management within a set timeframe

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word etc.)

  • Project management experience strongly preferred

  • Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines

  • 1 2 years of experience in a client relations role or equivalent experience, preferred

  • A self-starter who is highly adaptable, team oriented and results driven

  • Ability to act in an ethical, professional manner with a client centric focus, and value being part of a diverse team
