Client Relations Administrator - Contract (Remote) in Edgewood, New York

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a remote, contract Client Relations Administrator to join our team based in Deer Park, NY. In this role, you will use your strong writing skills to communicate with a large volume of clients primarily by email. You will also develop detailed project plans to track and monitor progress.

This is a temporary, contract role expected to last through mid-July 2023. The work hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Report and escalate to management as needed
Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks at hand and raise issues as appropriate in a timely manner
Develop an effective working relationship with members of the team as well as internal departments, value and use diverse perspectives
Support and contribute to Broadridges client centric culture taking responsibility for client satisfaction and retention
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with proficiency
Participate on assigned projects and special tasks as assigned by management within a set timeframe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
Project management experience strongly preferred
Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines
1 2 years of experience in a client relations role or equivalent experience, preferred
A self-starter who is highly adaptable, team oriented and results driven
Ability to act in an ethical, professional manner with a client centric focus, and value being part of a diverse team
