Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Graphics Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! The Graphics Support Specialist serves as the source for design and consistency for Broadridge and our clients in the contract renewal (15c) process. In addition, this position supports our Research team with the design and creation of regular and ad hoc reports. This position weighs heavily in retaining our reputation as the leading third-party provider of fiduciary reports in the mutual fund industry.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Creation of InDesign templates utilizing both XML tags and Excel to create charts and tables
Manage day to day design process in production oriented, client driven environment
Creation of custom charts as needed, and modifications to system generated charts as needed
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a high volume of content and designs being utilized at one time
Detail oriented with a primary focus on producing high-quality, error free work
Deadline driven work environment, must be able to juggle multiple deadlines
Adhere to Broadridge style guide and branding guidelines in all client-facing materials
Performs quality control checks on completed projects, as needed
Performs due diligence, statistical analysis, and documentation in support of 15(c) process
Perform other duties, as assigned
Knowledge of InDesign Creative Suite preferred
Excel, Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, Acrobat preferred
Ability to combine information from various sources
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under strict time-deadlines
Willing and able to work with a team
Presentation skills preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (i.e., the ability to make decisions and assess risk)
Able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with clients
Basic understanding of mutual funds or statistical skills a plus #LI-PS1
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
