Broadridge Financial Solutions Print Support Administrator - Contract in Deer Park, New York

Broadridge is growing. We are currently looking a dynamic Support Administrator role in our Issuer Print Management team on our Internal Client Support team during Proxy Season in our Deer Park, Long Island . In this role you'll be assisting in a variety of tasks involving data entry and tracking. Do you want to join a creative and dynamic organization? This is expected to be a temporary, contract role covering our proxy season from Winter 2018 to June 2019.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You'll provide timely and accurate reporting to various internal departments regarding status, and other inquiries and issues that may arise in the course of a project

  • You will assist the team with managing jobs, database entry and Tracking reports. You will update and monitor internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each project

  • You assist the Issuer Print team with various projects and duties as needed

  • You will be estimating print work with vendors and sales

  • You will interact with internal clients to obtain vital information and to verify print specifications and creating proofs.

  • You build Print Ready PDFs

  • You'll monitor Outlook mailbox and response in timely manner


  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications with emphasis in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

  • Knowledge of Adobe Pro to assist with preflight of PDF files and understanding of print specifications a plus.

  • You possess an excellent ability to organize tasks and effectively manage time

  • You can perform day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded

  • You should be comfortable communicating with internal departments and on occasion external contacts

  • Will be expected to perform general office tasks in support of the team

  • Highly details driven as requests are sensitive and client driven

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
