Broadridge Financial Solutions Client Service Representative in Deer Park, New York

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Deer Park, Long Island, NY office, located at 51 Mercedes Way. You will be working on our Client Facing team managing internal and external clients as well as checking the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database. You should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • You will communicate directly with clients and internal departments

  • You will be responsible for the creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products

  • You will work within a team while owning your own work

  • You will maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlines

  • You will utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes

Qualifications:

  • A self-starter with a strong client services background or equivalent experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease

  • Excellent ability to organize/prioritize tasks and effectively manage time

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Access

  • Position requires full time from January through end of April with training in December

  • Deep understanding of the English language

  • Ability to cooperate and work well within a dynamic team

  • Enthusiastic approach to work

  • Ability to learn from experience

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro knowledge a plus
